KNAPP HOUSE, owned and run by Jacqui Knapp, is a high-end, full-service house management company offering services including home management, organization, design and facilitation, covering all the bases, and making life more manageable and enjoyable for their clients. Jacqui was looking to update her brand identity and came to me to help with a new logo for KNAPP HOUSE.
The Goal
Jacqui and I went into discovery and came out with a clear objective:
Create a logo for KNAPP HOUSE that is:
– Elegant, while strong
– Refined
– Creative
– Clean & modern
– Luxurious, while approachable
Scope
– Logo
– Logo pattern and icons
Part of the process was coming up with a way to make a KH monogram that was distinct from everything else out in the world. Every monogram has been done to death, so one of the goals was to find a creative solution, that also had meaning.
These four pieces come together to create the whole, and represent KNAPP HOUSE’s varied & full-service client support.
Working with Jacqui was a fantastic experience. The client is the expert on their business, and it is imperative that a designer be able to dig into that expert’s knowledge and experience, and turn that into a perfect outcome. Jacqui was willing to lean into the discovery process and it paid off.
